WHAT ARE EXAMPLES OF ACTUAL GRATITUDE PROTOCOLS USED IN A WORKPLACE?

As I suggested before, I make sure that the company has implemented OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) as their management planning protocol for both the company and individual roles. 

Done well, OKRs define the gameboard, timelines, and level of play. 

OKRs assist in the sailing equivalent of a heading (objectives), key results as the keel, and weekly inspections the rudder.
